WEEK 8 - Discussion

(Based on our synchronous class) At least 5 sentences each: HABITS CAN BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE 1. CAN YOU IDENTIFY A POSITIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? HOW CAN YOU STRENGTHEN IT?      People tell me that I have many positive habits; one of them is that I am an optimistic person. Being optimistic has helped me go through tough times, especially at this time of the pandemic, and having online classes, which reduces the stress and anxiety I feel. I also try to become more optimistic for my friends, hoping that it'll somehow keep them motivated. In strengthening this habit, I always try to focus on the goals I want to achieve and not stress the problems I'll face. WEEK 7 - Reflection

PART 1: 1. About RESPONSIBILITY: Are there things that I have done that were irresponsible? How did I/can I correct those things so I will not do it again in the future? When I started studying in Quezon Science High School, the pressure doubled as my family, especially my grandfather, expected me to become a top student because they see that I am “special”, and just like my mother. However, there was a time that I wasn’t able to carry anymore pressure, which made me lash out on my grandfather. I was triggered by what he was tellin...

WEEK 7 - Discussion

Discussion question 1 Answer in not less than 5 sentences for each question. 1. How can I become a more responsible student?       When we talk about becoming a responsible student, we always mean that they are studying well. In order for me to become a responsible student, I must practice discipline. This is to have academic integrity, meaning that I will not cheat, plagiarize, and ask for other people's help, especially if it is prohibited. I must also be aware of my priorities, so I must master the skill of time-management in order to reduce all of the stress from the workload. I try to practice good decision-making, as it is also an essential skill to become a responsible student. Being able to choose the right decisions will help me achieve all my goals. In becoming a responsible student, I must always remember that I am accountable for every action I make, and that I understand all of my responsibilities as a student and an adolescent. Lastly, whenever I accomp...
