(Based on our synchronous class) At least 5 sentences each: HABITS CAN BE POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE 1. CAN YOU IDENTIFY A POSITIVE HABIT THAT YOU HAVE? HOW CAN YOU STRENGTHEN IT? People tell me that I have many positive habits; one of them is that I am an optimistic person. I agree with this as I noticed that I always try to have a positive outlook on every obstacle I face. Being optimistic has helped me go through tough times, especially at this time of the pandemic, and having online classes, which reduces the stress and anxiety I feel. I also try to become more optimistic for my friends, hoping that it'll somehow keep them motivated. In strengthening this habit, I always try to focus on the goals I want to achieve and not stress the problems I'll face.
