You have a classmate who leads in making your classmates laugh at you. He also makes you feel that you do not belong their group. You always choose to ignore but this time you cannot stand it.

I would feel sad and confused to why my classmate is doing this.

I would try to collect my thoughts first before I confront them. Once I approach them, I would ask questions on why they continue to make fun of me and try to educate them about their wrongdoings.

My classmates would learn how to respect me and that we would make peace. We would learn from our actions and improve our relationships as classmates.

The end of semester is near, and most teachers require you to submit all the outputs in their subject. But you are still working on them and you find it difficult to handle the situation. They particularly remind you to comply because you failed in the previous grading period. You must pass this time because this is your last chance.

I would feel a little frustrated and worried. However, I would stay calm and be more motivated.

I would give my best to finish all my outputs while having limited time left before the submission. I would also steer clear from negative thoughts and distractions, so that I can stop myself from procrastinating any further. Lastly, I would remind myself that once I give my all and finish the tasks on time, I would be satisfied and relieved.

My outputs would be submitted on time. I would also feel relieved that despite pressure and obstacles I’ve encountered, I was able to pour all my best into my outputs.

You experience a pimple breakout in your face because of hormonal imbalance that changed your appearance. You are not comfortable with it because your crush might not like you.

I would feel insecure and embarrassed whenever I would go out and see other people.

I would try to give myself more self-care by getting enough sleep, drinking water and eating healthier food. Moreover, I would also remind myself that I shouldn’t feel pressured by the beauty standards and that having pimples are normal. I should not be ashamed that I look human.

Following these habits and not being so conscious about how I look would help me build confidence and lessen the pressure I feel whenever I overthink how someone would judge me about my looks.

You always have arguments with your parents because of staying less at home. You spend more time your friends because you share the same interests and desire for independence.

Despite feeling free and happy whenever I go out with my friends, I would still feel ashamed and guilty that I am unable to balance out the time I give for my friends and for my parents.

I would talk to them and tell them the reason why I was unable to be with them. I would try to make up for the lost time by sorting my priorities and managing my time to balance the time I would give my parents and the time for hanging out with my friends.

Our bonds will be stronger, while I also maintain my relationship with friends. I would have also enhanced my skills in time management and sorting out priorities.
