(Answer the questions in 3-5 sentences):
1. What are the things or who are the people that/who make you feel confident?
Surrounding myself with the people who matter to me the most, especially my family and friends makes me feel confident enough to face whatever situation I am in. Music also helps take off the stress I experience whenever I feel pressured or overwhelmed, may it be listening to music or singing. Whenever I feel down, or start overthinking, I try to rest, stop for a minute and remind myself that whatever it is I am experiencing right now that is affecting me in a negative way, I will be able to get through it. Compliments and motivation from other people, also make me feel confident.
2. What makes you doubtful to yourself?
Whenever something does not "go with the flow" with my plans, or being unable to take "control" of the situation, makes me feel doubtful and anxious with myself. I panic about it and start overthinking, which affects the pace of my productivity. This may lead to unfinished tasks being crammed the next day. In order to prevent this from happening, I remind myself that it is normal to experience these kinds of days, and that I shouldn't blame myself too much whenever this happens. Accepting changes may be hard at first, but it is essential.
3. How do thoughts of other people about you affect your mood?
In the past, I used to worry about how others thought of me. However, the worrying lessened as I learned to be more accepting of other people's opinions. Constructive criticisms and compliments motivate me more into doing my best. Although at first, some criticisms might come off strong to me, but it usually does not affect me in a negative way. I just try to be more optimistic and grateful for the effort they give me with their opinions.
4. What is the biggest decision you have made in your life? How did that decision affect you and your decision-making?
One of the biggest decisions I've made is to not worry too much about everything. Back then, I used to always worry, even with the smallest changes as I was not a big fan of stepping out of my comfort zone. It took me a while to get used to it, since it was hard for me to let go of old habits. But as I grew older, eventually I have developed new and healthy habits that help me with this resolution. As I become less worrisome, I was able to look at the bigger picture, instead of always focusing on one part, and understand things at a deeper level. I am now also able to enjoy through life, with enough confidence that I can and will always pass through every obstacle thrown at me to achieve my dreams.
